Mike Kidd, Promoted to Aftermarket Business Unit Manager

TREMEC is pleased to announce that Mike Kidd has been promoted to the position of Aftermarket Business Unit Manager. Mike will report to Dave Hadley, Global Business Development Director.
His responsibilities will include providing leadership and clear direction for aftermarket sales, marketing, customer service and aftermarket product development.
Mike is friendly and easy-going – and extremely knowledgeable of the light duty and medium/heavy duty transmission industry. During his 20 year career at TREMEC, Mike has progressed from Technical Training Manager – where he was responsible for hiring, training and supervising field sales/service technicians, to his most recent position of Commercial Manager – where he negotiated contracts and data book positioning with the Detroit-3 OEMs.
Prior to joining TREMEC, Mike worked with Dana Corporation, first in the Spicer Transmission Division and later with the Drivetrain Service Division. This 9 year tenure was right before TREMEC’s acquisition of the Spicer Transmission Division. He is enthusiastic and excited about our new product developments that will involve him in the warranty program to ensure preservation of capital while supporting customer needs.
